Beth Shultz, a mother of one ace reporter, is 60 something year old still married to the same lug for 30 some years. I didn't ask for fear of getting yelled at. She is retired, though not by choice, but is very active in the church that she attends. Never take her coffee either for that is an offense that shall unleash fury the likes that have never been seen before.

1. Where do you get your news?

Mostly on the internet. Usually tune into the 5 PM news on KCCI.

2. Who is doing it right in the news?

Probably no one after the Brian Williams thing.

3. How do you like your coffee?

Flavored creamer.

4. What's the best thing that happened to you this week?

That my husband is slowly improving and my son can get around better.

5. What's the first news event that you remember?

Election of JFK.

6. What do you absolutely hate about the news?

Fox News.

7. What’s the best podcast to listen to while doing chores or homework?

I don't listen to them.

8. What is your favorite TV show?

Parks & Rec.

9. Who is your favorite news personality and why?

Anderson Cooper because he just seems like a real nice guy.
